Eligibility

  1. This promotion (the "Promotion") is organised by AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte. Ltd. ("AIG") and is only open to Singapore residents.
  2. The Promotion period is from 1 September 2018 to 30 November 2018, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
  3. To participate in the Promotion, you must purchase a (a) Trip Guard for BRF plan via Bintan Resort Ferries Pte. Ltd. or (b) Batam Fast Travel Insurance plan via Batam Fast Ferry Pte. Ltd. (each a “Policy”) during the Promotion Period.
  4. Every successful purchase of a Policy will entitle the policyholder to 1 chance to participate in the lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”).
  5. AIG reserves the right to void any entry or disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.

Conduct of Draw

  1. The Lucky Draw will be conducted at AIG Building, 78 Shenton Way #07-16, Singapore 079120 at 4:00pm on 10 December 2018 where 6 lucky winners will be randomly selected to win an American Tourister luggage (“Prize”) each.
  2. The Policy must be active and not cancelled at the time of the Lucky Draw.

Redemption

  1. The winners of the Prizes will be notified within (3) weeks after the draw date via email (“Notification”). There will be no re-sending of the Notification.
  2. Winners will need to visit the AIG website provided in the Notification to submit their particulars in order to redeem their Prizes. The Prizes will then be sent to the Winners via courier or similar method. Failure to submit their particulars or failure to provide complete particulars within two (2) weeks from the date of Notification will disqualify Winners from redeeming their Prizes.
  3. The winners would not be entitled to choose the colour of the luggage as it will be given at a random basis determined by AIG.
  4. All Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or kind. AIG reserves the right to replace the Prizes with other items of similar value without prior notice.
  5. All Prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. AIG shall not be responsible for the quality or fitness for purpose or any other aspects of the Prizes.

Warranty and Undertaking

  1. By participating in the Promotion, you agree that any information collected or held by AIG (whether contained in the application form or otherwise obtained) may be used and disclosed by AIG, its associated individuals/companies or any independent third parties (within Singapore) to arrange for the delivery of the Prizes. You may opt out of being enrolled in the Promotion via AIG’s website here.
  2. AIG assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected forms and/or other forms of communication which may result in any Policy not being purchased during the Promotion Period.
  3. AIG reserves the right to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
  4. AIG shall not be liable in any manner for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities or expenses arising out of or relating to, the Promotion or Prizes.
  5. AIG’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and shall be final and binding on all parties. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  6. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
  7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
  8. This Policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your Policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. Terms

  1. Rates quoted above are NETT prices. Payable in Singapore Dollars only.
  2. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  3. No refunds are allowed once the vehicle is already confirmed by BatamFast.
  4. Passengers are supposed to wear their BCS stickers or easier identification by the Guide upon pick up. BCS and Guide will not be held responsible in any case that the passenger was not picked up due to this issue.
  5. Rates above include hire of vehicle and petrol. However, rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  6. Maximum waiting time for custom clearance of passengers using this transfer service is one hour.
  7. BatamFast car service / driver and / or guide reserves the right to refuse to carry in any of its vehicle any person who is in thought to be under the heavy influence of alcohol and/or drugs and/or whose behavior is considered to hamper the driver's driving abilities, the vehicle or other passenger(s). BatamFast will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse directed to its driver, guide or other BFS staffs. Should any passenger be ‘refused' by the Guide or driver due to the conditions stated above, no refund shall be given.
  8. All Surcharges applicable stated above shall be collected by the Guidedirectly to the passenger
